PERSONAL TRAINING
Catered to your own fitness needs by exercising in a newly renovated personal training studio. All clients receive an initial fitness assessment at which time their goals and objectives are listed down and a program catered to their individual abilities and goals.

Enjoy a variety of training principles from a qualified personal trainer and coach with a wealth of experience. Equipment and services available to clients include spin bikes, treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine, boxing training, self defence, weight loss and general fitness encompass many of the training principles that can be applied. Bookings are by appointment.

ONE TO ONE
• $60-per hourly session
• 10 Sessions for $ 450
SEMI-PRIVATE ONE TO THREE
• $70 per hourly session
MONTHLY INVOICE
• Clients can also receive a monthly invoice for all sessions completed
