Wednesday 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Thursday 9:30am to 10:30am

All group training sessions include strength, fitness and weight loss training catered to individual needs and capabilities.

ALL CLASSES ALLOW TIME FOR PROPER WARM-UP AND RELAXING STRETCHING DURING COOL DOWN.
